Acclimatization: After delivery, store your tree in a cool, sheltered location – such as a garage or basement – first.

Fresh Cut: Just before setting it up, saw a slice of about 2 cm thick off the base of the trunk. This allows the tree to absorb water better.

Water, Water, Water: Always use a tree stand with a water reservoir. A Christmas tree "drinks" surprisingly much, especially at the beginning – up to 1 to 2 liters per day! Make sure the base of the trunk is always submerged in water.
